What you need to know!

Many people in  the world today are unmarried when they have a child. What most do not know is that now if you are unmarried the father can put his name on the birth certificate and take legal responsibility for the child, BUT he has to have a legal paternity test and the results returned to the health department within 60 days in order to have legal rights to the child.  He will still be responsible for financial support but have no paternal rights to the child.
